ManyGPTS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the ManyGPTS.com platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. By using ManyGPTS, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure bcrypt hash). If you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile image from those services.
We collect data about how you use the platform, including: AI provider and model used per query, token counts, estimated cost per query, timestamps, and aggregate usage statistics.
Your conversation messages are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) to generate responses. We store conversation history on our servers so you can access past conversations. You can delete your conversations at any time.
If you upload documents for document chat, the files are stored securely and processed into text chunks for retrieval. You can delete your documents at any time.
If you provide your own API keys (“Bring Your Own Key”), they are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and are never stored in plaintext. Your keys are only decrypted in memory when making API calls on your behalf.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We collect your IP address and browser user agent string for security purposes, including: fraud prevention, abuse detection, rate limiting, and consent record-keeping. IP addresses may be used to block access from sources engaged in abuse or automated attacks.
When you register, we log your consent to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and age confirmation along with a timestamp, IP address, and user agent. These records are retained as proof of consent as required by applicable law.
When you send a message, it is forwarded to the selected AI provider for processing. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. The providers we integrate with include: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, Groq, Mistral, Perplexity, Cohere, Together AI, Moonshot (Kimi), and Hugging Face.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers. We do not control how they process your data once it is sent to their APIs.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
We implement appropriate security measures including: encrypted API key storage (AES-256-GCM), HTTPS/TLS for all communications, secure password hashing (bcrypt), IP-based and user-based rate limiting, input validation, content safety filtering, and bot detection. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history and documents are retained until you delete them. Usage records are retained for billing and analytics purposes. Consent records are retained for legal compliance. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., consent logs, billing records).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email. Continued use of ManyGPTS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
